HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To add an item to your cart, select ADD TO CART on the product page. After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct size, color, and quantity. When you are ready to order, select the CHECKOUT button located in your shopping cart. Enter a Shipping Address. Select your method of PAYMENT.
WHEN AM I GOING TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most items should be received within 5-8 days of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery. The esitimated shipping time is mentioned on every product page, please have a look on that before placing an order.
Economy Shipping- 5 to 8 business days, rates calculated at checkout.
Express Shipping - 1-2 business days rates, calculated at checkout (all purchases over $100 has a flat rate of $2.00).
Standard Shipping - 3 to 4 business days, rates calculated at checkout (all purchases $100 and up is free).

WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER IN TIME?
If you need the order to arrive by a certain date, please place your order 3-4 weeks ahead of time.
ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED TOGETHER?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can change your address before the item is shipped by contacting us.
CAN I BE REFUNDED?
If you do not receive your order, you have to contact us to solve the problem. Depending on the problem, you will be fully or partially refunded.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do. Please contact us if your country is not listed at the checkout.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the item has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number and tracking link. Please make sure to check your inbox and junk folder.
CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE ORDERED ITEM?
You can change the color of the item ordered by contacting us via Contact Us as long as it is not shipped.
CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Yes, you can remove the item from your order and get a refund easily before the item is shipped. To do that, please Contact Us. Once it is shipped, you have to wait for it to arrive and then ship it back and ask for a refund.
